Personnel at the conway office are rude. Treat Senior Citizens with complete disrespectfulness.
I was mortified by rude behavior that I find it hard to believe that you would knowingly employ such a forgetful, abrasive, and unprofessional office manager such Nelly
First of all everyone at that office is a smart #%&, the all have the worst attitude ever, starting with the "ladies" at the front desk, who are definitelly not at all lady like and who have the worst possible attitude, are not even close to be willing to help and who never know anything.
Then the so called surgeon who is also AT the same time an anesthesiologyst, and who always seems to be mad or in a hurry.
I went in there to bring my friend who was going to get all four wisdom teeth removed under general anesthesia, so I needed todrive her back home. Her appointment was at 7:30am, we got there at exactly that time, and they didn't call her in until 10am.
When she was given some papers to sign, she got concerned about something she had not been explained in her previous conultation, so she went to the front desk to ask about it and they not only started treating her as if she were stupid because he was asking, they also called he doctor who started telling her he would not perform the surgery anymore because since she was asking questions, according to him she was "holding the line", all because the office was full and she noticed when she first stepped towards the front desk that they had another patient scheduled with the same doctor at 7:30 as well and another one at 8:00.
My friend was askig about a clause they have in the disclaimer that says "no proceure guarantees it will turn out good o might not alliviate the patient", andthe doctor was practically yelling at her that if she wanted to ask questions she needed to book a consultation, which she tried to do before the surgery date but wasn't able to because he front desk lady wouldn't give her an appointment when my friend called because she didn't believe "it wouldbe neccesary".
Another thing was tht they issued the payment receipt under her late husband's name even after she had askedhem to update her recrds right after he passed away, which was a few months back, and when she
asked them to fix it they treated her as if she was the one who made the mistake, told her she could keep it lke that because accordi.g tk them "it was the same as having he receipt under her own name", how stupid is that???!!! And even after he explained it wasn't the same for tax purposes, they still gave her a hard time.
Overall the service there suks and you'll be better off going somewhere else.
I have read the bad reviews. I know by experience this office is busy. Yes you have to wait. But it's worth getting the best care in town. From the staff to the Dentist ! They are great ! They give the best options to choose from. They will help with insurance to get the best care for you. I will and do recomend this office.Also it's very clean. Thanks Jerry
I would not recomend this dentist at all. You wait forever and they are very rude. I took my daughter there and she needed some work done and even with the insurance she had it was gonna cost quite a bit and when i askede about payment plans they got an attitude and said they couldnt help me. So if you want good dental care from people who care this is not the place to go.
Shouldn´t be a Greenberg Patient...
Going to Greenberg? Hope you have all day to wait. I just had a 2 hr stay in the offic and only 15 minutes was with the dentist. Spent over an hour in the lobby before going back to wait in the exam room for another 30 minutes. After all that, when I voiced my concern and frustration I was told that I probably just shouldn´t be a Greenberg patient. Imagine that, they have so many patients that they don´t care about losing one and they don´t care about making you wait. I´m sure that translates into the top notch dental care we all hope to receive, right? Beware.

Spent 2 hours in the office for a 15 minute exam with the dentist. When I expressed my concern and frustration to the office manager, she replied that I probably just shouldn?t be a Greenberg patient. So it appears that they have so many patients that losng one is ok and making all the other wait is just fine as well. This attitude is pervasive in all areas of the practice.
