Grand Reserve At Kirkman Parke

I guess what I would like to tell potential renters is this:
This is a beautiful complex; the units are large and very clean. The pool is wonderful and I love the gym here. It’s a fair price for a gated complex with 24 hour security walking around and I really like my apt. in general.
The office staff is something entirely different. There is one office woman working here named Maria who is wonderful. She is very nice and really tries to help out. Unfortunately the other woman who works here is honestly plain rude. She will interrupt you, roll her eyes, speak in a different language right in front of you and honestly doesn’t really care if your issues are fixed or not. The manager is nice but has not delivered on her word yet of getting back to me about my very high bill.
Last but not least, the maintenance team here is very unorganized. There are 3 men here who work, all 3 men are extremely polite and really nice guys but the fact of the matter is they just don’t work quickly and it takes a month for an issue to be fixed. They also talk badly about each other when I do speak with them its “Oh that guy has no idea what he’s doing, ill fix the ac for you.” Or “yeah well that guy is a jerk and is constantly messing up, ill fix your AC no problem” look, I could really care less whose fault it is just please fix our AC!
I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone as long as the same management company owns this place. It’s really a shame because the units themselves are truly wonderful, but it’s just not worth the front office or maintenance headache.

This place is a 3rd world paradise. It has spacious apartments but they are filled with small roaches that are impossible to get rid of ! The staff in the office are extremely rude once you sign the lease and need anything. They stole a package delivered by Fed Ex and signed for it and still blamed Fed Ex..... Then when Fed ex proved they delievered it to them, they blamed me although I was out of town......very rude, very unprofessional staff who could care less if you stay or go.

This property looks nice from the outside but living there is a different story. If you like gunshots in the night, people talking and rambling around at all hours, hearing everything that goes on through the walls, no support from management, robberies, management that threatens and harrases you at the drop of a hat, then welcome to hell at the Grand Reserve at Kirkman Parke. I forgot to mention that Kirkman Road is like living next door to the interstate. I moved there before I knew what the area was really like. It is very attractive from the outside but like I said living there is completely different. I can also say that other neighbors felt the same way. If you have a job and have to get sleep in order to go to work - don't even think about living there. They make a big to do about the sales pitch, to get you to sign on. Several people moved and moved out just as quickly when they discovered it was all hype. The cops, fire department and bomb squad have been out to the property more than once when I stayed there. Yes the bomb squad. Also, if you have children, there is no playground for them to play or anything like it. It is NOT a good atmosphere for children. The young people run wild on the property day and night. Property is stolen, damaged, freaks galore. From someone who knows -- JUST SAY NO and walk away.
