The best Septic Service in Orlando, and the cheapest. I had a plumber come out to repair my drainfield which got clogged from the solids in my septic tank. First the plumbers pumped my septic tank then were able to repair my drain field, which saved me tons of money. Most septic service companies will tell you that you need a whole new drainfield installation, because they won't to hit you up for a big bill and are not interested in repeat business. Frank Gay personally told me that his plumbing and septic service company is always honest with their customers, in hopes that they will call again if they have another plumbing or septic tank issue in the future. Well his business plan works, because I will only use Frank Gay Plumbing and Septic in the future. I am telling all my friends and family to do the same when they have a plumbing problem. They really set the standard for how a plumbing company should be. I had 2 plumbers from FGP come out to my office and install a tankless water heater and replace my broken garbage disposal. The plumbers were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. They took out my existing electric water heater and installed a Rinnai tank-less water heater - which are supposed to be one of the best tankless heaters out there. The plumber loaded up my old water heater so they could dispose of it later. Next the plumbers did the garbage disposal installation which they did with ease. I think they installed a Badger garbage disposal in my office kitchen. One plumber cleaned up while the other loaded up their tools and old fixtures. These guys worked as a team and did a terrific job. Frank Gay Plumbing really is Orlando's #1 Plumbers - as they say!

I cannot rave enough about Frank Gay Plumbing. They really get any plumbing repair or installation done with perfection! They only hire the ""cream of crop"" which are Frank Gay's plumbers and air conditioning technicians. These plumbers and a/c techs are trained on new methods of plumbing and HVAC while they are employed to keep the plumbers up on all the new plumbing and air conditioning technology. Which sounds funny but there is new plumbing tools and plumbing fixtures that come out all the time. These plumbers need to know how to repair and install these new fixtures and such. I had Frank Gay Plumbing install my new Rheem tank less water heater in my garage. The tankless water heater was only around $700 and I got free installation from a very kind plumber that came to my home. This tank-less heater will really save me tons on my power bill every month. I have used other local plumbing companies in the past, but I have to say Frank Gay Plumbing has always took care of any plumbing issue I may have the 1st time, and they do it right! Thank You.

My friend told me that Frank Gay Plumbing installed a new Amana AC - Air Conditioning System in his house. He only had the best things to say about this service company - So last week my condenser coil and evaporator line needed to be replaced so I called Frank Gay's A/C Department. My friend was right - everyone was so friendly at their office and the Air Conditioning Technician was very knowledgeable about Heating & Cooling Systems. My Air Conditioner is a Split System but the Bill was very reasonable. Frank Gay a/c services also gave me a Free Air Duct Cleaning after the unit had been fixed. If you have any HVAC problems I would suggest calling this impeccable service business. I forgot to mention that the on-site Estimate was Free.

I had a plumber come out because my drain field was flooding and I heard Frank Gay Plumbing does septic system service now to. I always used this company for plumbing in the past, so I decided that I would have them do the job. I am very pleased with how professional the septic technician was, and they did a drainfield installation for $1000.00 less than I thought it would be. They also gave me a 10 year warranty . I would highly recommend this Septic company to anyone in the Sanford or Orlando area! Oh yeah, the estimate for the drain field was Free as well.

I called Frank Gay Plumbing to do a drain cleaning on my house and repair my water heater. They did an excellent job. They have the best prices for plumbing services in Apopka, and probably all of Orlando. The plumber that came out was great, and they had a big jetting machine to unclog the pipes. I think his name was Gary, ask for him even though I'm sure all the plumbers at Frank Gay Plumbing are good.

Frank Gay Plumbing is the only plumbing or air conditioning repair company you should ever use! The plumber was so friendly that came to my house this time. I had my electric water heater repaired and the plumber also let me know of other plumbing problems in my house. I told him I didn't have enough money to fix everything, so the plumber wrote a list of problems I have from most important to least important for the future. Most plumbing companies would try to say I need everything fixed today, so they can make more money, but not Frank Gay Plumbing. I ended up getting a new garbage disposal put in later and new toilet components so my toilet wouldn't run anymore. These plumbers have saved me so much money. Frank Gay Plumbing, and Air Conditioning came to my office building for a second opinion and were great. The company that came before them said I needed to replace my whole air conditioning system at the tune of $50,000. Once Frank Gay Plumbing came out it only took the friendly technician about 30 minutes to figure out that the dilemma was only a small mechanical problem. The quick fix cost around $300 and my unit runs good as new. I can't say enough good things about this company. BRAVO!! -

I own a floral shop, and I have been stocking up on my flowers for the holidays. The worst thing that could have happened - happened!! My main refrigerated case stopped working and my flowers would have all been ruined if it wasn't for Frank Gay Services . I called them and said I need a refrigeration technician immediately, and within 25 minutes I had him here. 25 Minutes!!! He solved the problem quickly, and instead of saying "oh you need a whole new system, or it is an expensive part to fix this" you know like all other service companies do. Instead the refrigeration technician said " some wires shorted out, I fixed it and it should not happen again!! He charged me $ 135.00, and I was back in action. Thank You Frank gay Services !

I first called around and got quotes from different Plumbing Companies and Frank Gay Plumbing was the cheapest and said they could be at my house in a hour to fix my water heater . I have a busy schedule so the fast response made me very happy. The Plumber came and he was very friendly and professional. He explained what the problem was with the water heater, and the plumber said he would be in and out quickly. He also mentioned other companies probably would have told me that the whole water heater would have to be replaced, so i appreciated his honesty.
