Uncourteous and money breath unhappy and never doing business with them

After reading so many positive reviews, I made an appt with Mark for a haircut and color.My hair was virgin hair jet black and we agreed on going towards a light brown.He applied the color to my roots first and that is a big NO for virgin hair as the scalp's body heat processes faster.Only my roots took color the rest of the hair no change.And the color that the roots took it's no where the light brown I was supposed to get.All the chemical, putting my hair through all of that and the color is a disaster.He said the color looked great and that makes me feel very deceived as it's obviously a really poor color service.I give him credit for the haircut, the haircut was good and he is a very personable guy but as far as haircolor goes I'm beyond dissatisfied. I expressed my concerns to Kelly the receptionist and requested a refund for the haircolor part of the service.I have been getting the run around and customer satisfaction has been very poor.If anyone wishes to see pictures I'll be posting them shortly or email me at nystien@outlook.com and I can send you to see! BEWARE, don't be lured in by the chic-ness of the salon! And not too mention when I first went in for my appt some lady that worked there told me to move my car that I was double parked and other clients could not park next to my car. I was not doubled parked and when I went outside to move my car to her satisfaction another client was able to park in the so called 'double parked space". Waste of money! Be warned! No refund!

I Am not happy with my hair!!! My cut sucks!! Lizzy does not know what she is doing when it comes too coloring or cutting hair!!!! She's to much in a hurry... BEWARE don't go there!!! I spent $190.00 for something I could of done myself... And probably would of looked better ����

Owners Alicia and Phillip Rosado are icons in this business. Loved my new hair cut by Phillip. Alicia Rosado has recently located to Orlando from Oklahoma City and will be one to watch. You must experience this salon!! AMAZING!!
