I've been a client of Eastwood Dental for 8 years and am very pleased with their services. The staff are professional , knowledgeable and provide excellent care. Highly recommended.

Advanced dental care for optimal teeth and gum health is going to cost you significant money. Even great health insurance will only cover roughly half of anything beyond routine maintenance. I felt I more than got my money’s worth with the high quality of dental care that I received. I believe Eastwood dental has not only helped to extend the life and health of my teeth and gums; but that it will save me money in the long run.

I discussed all services and prices with Eastwood Dental prior to my husband and I receiving services. They knew we were on a budget and they assured me certain costs would be covered by my insurance(great insurance). They started additional services that we did not talk about while we were already in the chairs. I had to get out of my chair and stop the woman working on my husband to keep from having to pay more than was already discussed because they said first it was one amount, and then another, then another... After the entire mess(I didn't even get a cleaning, my husband got half of one), I was out of more money than originally discussed and I got a bill for 150.00 in the mail, because they did "special", upgraded x-rays that weren't covered by my insurance. I only wanted standard x-rays and discussed that before hand. Crooks... They have done absolutely nothing to help this situation either. I was sent to collections. I am constantly getting emails asking me to make an appointment because there is unclaimed insurance money through my provider that I'm not using... I have never not been able to walk into a dentist office and get a regular cleaning with regular x-rays covered by my insurance until now. This place is a joke.

I was a customer along with my sister and her family of 4 and my mom and grandfather. We have all left. My husband was about to get taken just like my grandfather did. My grandfather paid alot of money over $2k to fix his teeth and they kept falling out. He had to go back several times a and they told him he would get his money back through his insurance but they needed to collect up front. My grandfather had now past and never saw that money from 2 years ago. They just tried to do the same thing to my husband. We will never go back there again!!! All 8 of us..........My husband called his insurance while he was in the office and they told the front desk he only needed to pay 20% the balance was covered and they refused and told him they were going to call the police on him....Are they crazy!
