Coggin Honda Of Orlando

I was in email/phone contact with these guys about a used Honda CRV. I was assured via email that all Maintenance Service was up to date and the car was checked out by Honda techs (have email) and everything worked. Drove down from out of town in rental car, came down and drove it- Rob had an obligation so dealt with a guy called Tyler. Noticed a missing reservoir cap on the washer fluid. Tyler found one on another car and put it on. This should have been a red flag. I purchased the vehicle and left. Immediately after getting on the Hwy I tried the wiper-washer- did not work- same with rear washer pump- doesn't work either. I phoned Tyler from the highway immediately who assures me they will get back with me about it since it was agreed that everything worked on the vehicle. They never called. Left multiple msgs on cell phone-Called the manager and left msg-Emails-all ignored. Have since found out the transmission has never been serviced or the differential. Avoid These Car Lot!

BUYER BEWARE -If your thinking about buying a used car from these people I ask you reconsider. My wife and I drove ~500 miles based on promises. Promises that the 2006 Toyota Sienna we were buying was in "Mint" condition, that the timing belt was "brand new" the "DVD Player works, the vehicle passed inspection with "Flying colors." Lie after lie. I drove a lemon off the lot and the check engine light came on two days later. I later came to find out that an old trick unscrupulous dealers do is to unplug the battery to buy a few days to deceive unsuspecting buyers. I took the vehicle to a local Toyota dealership and the bill (not including exterior damage that was not brought to our attention before we made the trip) was over $3500. The timing belt and water pump had not been replaced as promised and there were numerous other issues with the vehicle that any honest car dealer would have corrected before selling this vehicle on their lot. In an email the GM, Jerry Lovins, promised me "I'll make this right" and then ignores my emails and suddenly won't respond. I was told by the Service Manager, Mike M, that the GM gave him the go ahead for me to take in the vehicle to at a certified Toyota dealership for a $175 inspection and that this amount would be refunded to me. It has not been and now we can't even get them to respond at all. We wife and I are going to make it our personal mission to do everything we can to save others the heartache of dealing with these crooks.

I brought my 2000 Honda Odyssey to Coggin Honda for scheduled maintenance and to determine why a "Check Engine" light was illuminated. Service Advisor, Dave Manieram, oversaw my repairs. He was extremely courteous, cordial, and responsive to my concerns. He kept me informed on my repair status, and even saved me money by applying multiple online service coupons to my repair bill. On the basis of my experience, I will use Coggin Honda, and Dave Manieram, for any future Honda service needs.

We worked with Ricky Finnerty to lease our 2015 Honda Odyssey. He was very understanding of our budget and very flexible with our schedules. It was a wonderful experience!

We bought our 2013 Honda CRV from Coggins new. The young man who took care of us in the service department was superb. They got our car serviced quickly and efficiently and we were very pleased as always with Coggins service department. Great people to deal with as always.

Bought a 2011 Armada with next to no money down and horrible credit score. They worked with us for almost 5 hours trying to get us financed. The salesman Norberto Flores was even willing to loan us $$ out of his own pocket to make it happen. Fortunately we didn't have to do that because they got us into the vehicle with $210. Great people, nice selection and go above and beyond to get you approved.

Every time I have my car serviced I request Drew Craig. He knows Honda engines and explains what's going on so that I understand it too. I think he is a huge asset to Coggin Honda. As long as he is here I won't go to any other Honda dealer.

My visit was very good service was fast I would take my car back there any time to get work done on it.

Love this dealership! I bought my 2007 Odyssey here, and they have done all the service and any needed repairs on it. They let me know if additional work needs to be done, but never get pushy if I say I can't do it at that time. I plan on being with this dealer so life!!

They give false promises.Michael Moushon ,one of sales person told crv touring 2015 on road price for $29k.So we came from jacksonville to Orlando. Once we came here he is not there and karthik one of the manager telling that he can't make the deal and saying on road price means not include taxes eyc.

There is no good service,false promises.

Had my 2008 Honda van in the collision department twice now on separate occasions to be repaired and have had perfect service and work done each time. Josh Holcome had the van done at the exact time and date each time. He even had the recalls done as well without me even asking. Now that's great service!!! I will be coming back to Coggin Honda every time for all services and purchases moving forward. Thanks Josh!

I brought my 2013 honda in for its 15000 mile check up and alignment ,It only took an hour even with an oil change ,wash. It was impressed .

The sales associate I worked with, Manzur Hassan, was very understanding of the fact that I was just casually interested in buying a new car & never tried to force a sale at any time. I found the new car that was best for me & the Coggin team went out of their way to ensure I was happy before I left the lot. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone interested in a new (or pre-owned) Honda.
