Coast Two Coast

They aren't a real Taxi Service. They couldn't go to the Taxi drop off station. My driver had to pulled into the parking lot and looking for a good place to stop all while leaving the meter running. I'm not mad just a little put off.

LET ME TELL YOU IF IT WASNT FOR THIS WOMEN I REALLY DONT THINK I WOULD OF MADE IT HOME ALIVE LAST NIGHT.I CALLED SHE WAS THERE IN NO LESS THEN 20 MINS SHE MADE US FEEL SO WELCOMED IN HER CAB SHE WAS SUPER POLITE AND SHE HELPED ME AND MY GIRLS IN GET OUR FRIEND IN AND OUT OF THE CAB.SHE ROCKS GREASTEST CAB I HAVE EVERY USED.

I highly recommend using this taxi company. She was on time picking my friend and I up at the air port. Very nice and respectful. Aloud me to use a credit card which was so much more easier then using cash, and we felt so much more comfortable driving with a women then a man in a different city. Would definitely be calling her the next time we are in Florida.

Horrible Business actually harassed us for emailing them politely about are bad service. They are unprofessional and have unreasonable prices. I would not recommend by any means.

I recently used this taxi service, it is neither professional nor convenient. Upon calling the dispatch the man on the phone cursed and talked to people around him. After he refereed me to a person I had to call three times to have them not pick up. I called dispatch again and to make a long story short they held us up almost two hours. When the driver arrived she was in what papered to be her family van. I used a credit card to pay a fee, that was way to expensive because the driver who claimed she was new took a long way. There were unexplained fees billed to me which the claim is on their website but there is no website I can find. JUST DON'T TAKE, there are more nicer and cheeper taxi services available.

This place is HORRIBLE. They told us it'd be a 40-50$ drive from UCF to Downtown Disney. The lady "accidentally" took a wrong turn which took us 15 miles out of the way. She purposefully took a toll road, which is NOT the only way or the quickest way there. When we got there, our tab was 122$. Since we didn't have that much cash, we had to pay with a credit card, which included a fee. THEN the lady took a 30$ tip for herself without our consent. This service was HORRIBLE.

Very nice & quick service!!!! I needed to get a ride quick. I decided to go with these guys since I was on a time crunch and I needed to save all the time I could. This was my first time in a taxi so I was a little nervous butcoast two coast was a great company to work with. i was picked up within a 30 min. after I placed my order and arrived at my destination on time. The driver was very friendly and I was really happy to have these guys i would definitly use them again!!!

I was in town last week for the surf convention. I chose this company based on the great reviews and I am sure glad I did. They made my stay totally cool.

Coast 2 Coast is way cool. I arrived in Orlando for a short stay to visit a friend. I wasn't going to rent a car cuz I wouldn't need one. I decided to take a cab to my friend's house from the airport. There are tons outside the airport so I hopped in one. What a mistake....so then when my friend and I wanted to go out and party one night we decided to call Coast 2 Coast. They were punctual, kind and funny as crap....

These guys are lifesavers. I was on the turnpike the other night when my vehicle broke down. I was really wanting to get home to Boca Raton but I had no way and I was not about to walk. I called 5 other companies and NONE of them could take me to my house. I called Coast 2 Coast and talked to Alex on the phone. Alex said they had no problem taking me to Boca. He found out where I was and told me to stay put so he could find me. He got to me when he said he would and drove me all the way home. We did not get to my house until 12:30 p.m. He made me feel very comfortable. As the previous reviews show, these guys are really personable and courteous as well as being lifesavers. Thank you Alex for helping me out when it seemed I had no hope. I am forever grateful.

This is the best taxi business in this area. I called this company at 10:30 pm at night to pick me up in downtown Orlando and take me to my home in Apopka. I had called a couple of other companies but they were not interested in that drive at that time of night. Not this company. The gentleman that answered the phone was pleasant and willing to help me out. He told me when he could have a driver there and the driver was even earlier than the man on the phone told me. I felt bad for making the poor guy drive that far that time of night but he did not seem like he was bothered by it at all. We talked the entire trip, the driver was very personable. Never again will I call around trying to find different companies. Coast 2 Coast is my transportation company.

You really have to call these guys while you are in the Central Florida area. I was in Orlando last week for business and had no idea where I was going and did not want to get lost and be late for my meetings. So I gave Coast 2 Coast a call. I explained to the dude on the phone what I needed and where I was going. He made me feel like I was the only customer that he had. I was in town 4 days and used these guys all 4 days. I ended up dealing with two of the drivers. It was such a nice feeling to have someone else do the driving and I did not have to worry about getting around in the traffic. You guys ROCK!!!

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!!I can't say enough about Alex,s customer service skills. he was very helpful. I like his work ethic, his communication skills and his overall customer service attitude. I feel because of Alex that is the reason we decided to go with Coast two Coast. Thank you Alex for making this a pleasureable transaction.

I had a very satisfactory experience with Coast to Coast Transportion Services. I received a reasonable quote, not the lowest and not the highest, but within my budget and comfort level based on previous reviews/ratings. The level of customer service support provided by Alex, is truly what customer service should be across the board.He was very upfront & honest with me when telling me this is only a estimate. Unlike the the people elsewhere who claims to be "the manager" with very poor customer service skills, Alex is competent, resourceful, and extremely professional. I would highly recommend doing business with them, but more specifically with Alex. For a flawless and reliable transportation transaction, he is the man for the the job.Alex gets the job done with utmost professionalism and competence. Thank you Alex for offering solutions and coordinating with my itinerary and schedule. Once picked up, the driver from the company kept me informed of the location at all times. The service was 10+!!!!!!! I was dealing with another company that kept on promising things but never delivered. As a Judge, I hear empty promises everyday. However, once I decided to call Alex, he delivered every single promise he made in record time. It was a joy working with him as well as the driver. arrived on time without any problems.
