As I had approched the entrance I did not feel welcome. I did not even got a hello! or I will be with you in just a minute. As I waited 30 minutes then they tell me that my kids insurance is declining. It was not possible that the insurance was not going throught when my kids had just finish getting medicine throught Walgreens pharmacy. this is not the firdt time they had done this to me or other clients. My believe is that the person that is running the insurance does not know what the hell she is doing. Also they should run the insurance the day beore the appointment. Not fior them to make you wait there for hours to then tell you they can not see you. Also when they do a deep cleaning they need to take their time is not to rush and be done. My daughter deep cleaning tooked 10 minutes and they charged me 75.00. Which 6 months later they had ask me when it was the last deep cleaning she had done. They felt stupid when I had told them it was done 6 mon ths back with them.
Please if you are going to charged me do so, but do the job the right way.......
