You guys are awesome. I am so glad I found you. I had gotten several quotes to get my gate operator fixed. I had 2 companies tell me it couldn't be fixed. I mentioned this to a friend of mine and she gave me your number. I paid you a $95 service call and your technician had me running again in less than 15 minutes. I thought maybe it would break after you left but it has been 6 months now and trouble free. YOU saved me several thousand dollars I didn't have then. I am amazed and grateful. Thank you. I will Call you when I am ready to put in my pool fence. Thank you You saved me thousands of dollars.

i would pick a lesser star but i cant.i paid approx. $4000 to have a 10 foot aluminum fence and 10 foot aluminum gate installed less than 2 1/2 yrs ago. i may open the gate on average 1-2 times per month.the mother board for the gate motor burned up in the first year. Had to be replaced. 2 yrs. and 2 months the motor arm that opens the gate fried. had to pay to have that replaced because the 1 yr warranty is over. now with new motor, the mother board has fried again. John agrees that the mother board replaced in yr 1 should last longer than a yr. uuuuugh!! guess what??? it did, just over a yr. so now it is not warrantied.so i guess the mother boards last about a yr. before they quit working and the motors last about 2 yrs.i have spoken with John and unless i pay him $$ he wont send anyone to look at the 2nd fried mother board.So, i paid $4000 in first part of 2009 for fence and gate, many headaches later......i still have a broken gate.
