It also provides cleaning of various household items such as bedspreads, blankets, draperies and pillow covers, and offers home delivery to clients in central Florida. Finally a real dry cleaner!
Acme's customer service is flawless and finally I found a dry cleaner that knows what they're doing! Most dry cleaners are constantly ruining clothes, but I've been with Acme for almost 3 years and everything's been great.

Bad Bad Bad!!!!!

The last couple of month the service has really gone downhill at Acme. They must be cutting corners because of the economy, 5 years ago they did good but I have had it with them. Never able to reach anyone in charge, no one ever answers my questions, they are plain RUDE! I am not going to bring my husbands clothes there anymore! Now I need to find another cleaners and take my advice you do so also!

Old Fashion Service
The crew at Acme Cleaners goes out of their way to make sure that you get the best service possible. As a youngster I grew up in the dry cleaning business so I know first hand how much of a challege it can be to satisfy the public. Acme does an excellent job at satisfying their customers. I would recommend them to anyone.

More than just a Dry Cleaner
While there are many businesses in the Central Florida that can "clean your clothes", none offer the experience to real customer service that Acme Cleaners offers. They are very detailed oriented, do a great job on all my clothing, quick turnaround and I love those little collar tabs they put on my golf shirts. I always look forward going through the Ridgewood location to see the friendly staff who are always ready with a newspaper and water. Acme Cleaners has my full-endorsement as one of the outstanding Orlando companies that truly understand and perform outstanding customer service. Keep up the good work.

Awesome Service and Extras!
If there was a "Cheers" of drycleaners Acme is most certainly it. The crew's attention to their customers goes so far beyond just knowing their names, they know their kids names! Impressive! The popcorn and water are great but I personally love the little collar stickers on my golf shirts and knowing they are always removed/replaced without asking. Keep it up!

Great Service all Around
Acme Cleaners has always been great to me and my garments! I love pulling up into the drive thru and the customer service reps already know my name! That is personalized service you won't get anywhere else. The extra bonus on top of the exceptional service is all of the goodies they have to offer; ice cold bottled water, fresh popcorn, daily newspapers and even doggie treats for my pug!
Acme is my #1 drycleaners and I recommend all of my friends to them :)

Longevity
I've been a customer of Acme's for a very long time now and they have put out a quality product as long as I've been around them. Way to go to the whole Acme crew for their fine work and celebrating their 80 years of business.

Customer Service and Quality
I've tried many of the cleaners in Orlando, many of which I don't think even should call themselves cleaners. However, I have found Acme Cleaners and they have the best customer service and the most exceptional quality of any cleaner around! I am a loyal customer from here on out.

Fantastic Service
I started with Acme not too long ago and I am thrilled I made the switch. The customer service is above and beyond, they give everyone cold water, popcorn, newspapers and they have monthly specials that they use even if you don't know about it. Not to mention all their work is gauranteed. Just a wonderful business!

Best dry cleaner in Central Florida

A few weeks ago I was looking for a new dry cleaner and found Acme's website and saw that they had a pick up and delivery service. They had an easy map with all of their areas they pick up in. I didn't know then but I am so glad I found them! I was a little nervous at first because of all of my designer clothes, but the manager, Randy, came and talked to me and walked me through everything they do at Acme. 3 weeks into it now and I am loving the wonderful service.

I recently switched to Acmes route instead of going to the store. I didn't think dry cleaning could be easier than it was there, but i was wrong! No pretty girls delivering to me but the driver is just as friendly as the rest of the staff. It's amazing I haven't been to the dry cleaner in 2 weeks but my stuff gets back to me just like I had.

My silk wedding dress was a mess, they made it like new again!

Acme came highly recommended to me by my wonderful seamstress Judy King. I am so glad that I trusted them with my silk Reem Acra wedding gown. They did such an amazing job. My dress was very expensive and at the wedding my brother in law smashed cake all over me and it was all over the dress! I was so upset that my dress was ruined. I took it to acme with low expectations. They got the dress perfectly clean for a very reasonable price. I was able to sell my dress for $1000. I can't believe they got everything out of the delicate silk. It looked and felt brand new.

LOST my slip for my wedding dress

I dropped off my wedding dress along with the slip that goes underneath it...I got my wedding dress back, but they lost my slip. They were unapologetic about losing my $60 slip, and refused to give me any credit or refund for that money. DO NO GO TO THIS PLACE!!! THEY ARE VERY UNORGANIZED about which pieces of clothing they've received from the customer. And when they do lose your clothing, they will not refund you the money!!
