I've always greatly preferred Publix for my grocery shopping. The store is always clean and well-organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Once upon a time, Publix had a reputation of being the more "pricey" chain, but this is really not a serious factor today. Their prices are competitive, and there are always plenty of advantage buys and (especially) their weekly buy one/get one specials that mitigate any slight difference in basic pricing. Only complaint about this particular Publix is that they often seem to have insufficient bagging personnel on hand to cover every lane, which can slow down the checkout process and lead them to strongly hint that it would be helpful if you (the customer) help out bagging items and loading the cart. Sorry -- if I wanted to bag my own groceries, I'd be shopping at Save-Rite, not Publix!
This Publix is a true Home Town grocery store. Even though it is big, everyone is so friendly and personable. Many employees remember you each time you enter! It is such a fun place to shop! They have way mare products than you would think in such a small store. Their Organic section is wonderful, and they will get you what ever product you ask for if they don't already hav it. Customer Service is incredible!
Impeccable, courteous, helpful and very polite. Food is always available, they never seem to run out, but if they do, check with floor people. My only complaint is that they don't have enough registers open many times. Waiting is difficult for me because I am a caregiver. Other than that, this is the place for me. I love that there are 3 stores near my house.
