My husband and I went to titlemax because of some major home repairs. The manager Jennifer greeted us right away and walked us through the process. She was very knowledgable w all our questions and the office was surprisingly professional. We weren't sure we were going to take the amount due to the high payback but she gave us a 12 month plan to get out instead of extending us the whole 2 years. We are on our second payment, 10 more to go and our home looks beautiful. Thanks a lot.
