Apple Store

Went on line tried 4 times to make appointment,, Could not, So I took my Pro Mac in the Orland Store they told me I would after to wait the following day after 3:30.Service what little I got SUCKS

I went to the Apple Store for an iphone 4s. All the salesman did was try to sell me a higher price phone. Also they do not honor promotions that the carriers have, Very disappointed!

My iPhone charger would no longer charge my phone. I brought my phone and my defective charger up to the store and asked an associate if he was able to help me out since I had a warranty on my phone. He tried out my defective charger, took it to the back room with him and came back a minute later with a brand new charger. No hassle! They were very helpful. The only downside to this location is that it has become so busy that there is now a wait list in order to get help from an associate, but these guys are very nice!
