Taysom Tire & Auto

My husband took his truck here to get an alignment. There ended up being problems with the front end of his truck. They said that both lower ball joints were bad and that one upper was bad, as well as something being wrong with 2 tire rods. We were both listening on the phone as he quoted price which was $869 and some cents. I put $870 in my husbands account to pay for it. He got there and the guy said it was $967 and we must have "misheard" what he said. He said he quoted $916 and then he installed another $40 part without our approval. They are liars and cheats don't go here.

I ran over some plastic spike after work and popped my tire, after i got the spare on and got to Taysom Tires, they were able to get me in and get it fixed in minuets! I highly recommend them! They were fast, knew what they were doing, super friendly and helped me out SO MUCH!

Recently I had a slow leak in the rear wheel of my Montana Van. I took it to Taysom Tire to get it fixed. The mechanic could not find any obvious hole at first. He very patiently kept looking with a magnifying glass for about one-half hour and discovered a small piece of wire had punctured the tire. He fixed the tire and I have had not trouble since. I was impressed with this kind of caring customer service. I have been their customer ever since and have consistently received the same quality, courteous and professional service. I was quoted over $ 800.00 to replace my fuel pump. Not only did they cut my price in half I was also shocked they could do it in half the time. The customer service was outstanding and informative.

These people took my car. Charged me $355.33. The repairs I asked be done are not done, they refuse to do them and refuse to refund. So, 50/50 chance you'll get lubed without a reach around.

I just wanted to let you guys know that I came in there and the receptionist is a BI***! She was not friendly at all and she just rolls her eyes and acts like its such a big deal to help someone out. I will never go there again when she is there. On a good note.. Lloyd and the his boys are awesome at getting things done.
