I went in here one day to ask about an iPod link for my pioneer deck. The guys acted really annoyed, because apparently they don't deal with pioneer. Of all the different decks I've had they are the best IMO. Anyway the next time I went in to get a 30amp fuse, they charged me the same price that I could've gotten three for from an auto parts store( they were out so I had no choice) not that I'm cheap but you'd think they could just give you one based on their cost and what they charge and stuff. Then to top it off, I sent my mtx amp to mtx in Phoenix to be fixed. I got it and it didn't work, so I took it to the warehouse to be tested they told me it had no output. Sent it back to mtx and they said nothing is wrong with it! So I guess the warehouse didn't really test it and just pretended to. I guess if it's my wiring that's f'd up and not my amp it's not going to be the warehouse fixing it. That's thanks enough for wasting my time!!!

I GOT GREAT SERVICE from the Sound Warehouse store on State Street in Orem. My car had recently been broken into and I decided it was time for an alarm. The sales guy that helped me was GREAT. We went over all my choices and once I'd decided on the alarm it was installed right then. I'm very happy and now ""secure"". If you want great product and service Sound Warehouse is the place to go.

THE BEST SHOP IN TOWN,the customer service was great,is the very best,i went to others dealers before and i never had service as good as SOUND WAREHOUSE,the name of the person that help me was kyle,he help me find a stereo i wanted,he was kind and very knowledgeable of all the products he offers in the store,i'm very very happywith the service,i'm a hard person to please ,but i was happy to find kind and wonderful person like kyle to help me with my stereo,i toll my friends and family of my good experience i did have ,my husband and my son went to buy a new stereo for their carsand they were very happy with the service kyle provided for them.Every time i need help i call kyle and he always is happy to help me,i give thi orem store 10 stars and i will recomended to all my friens and family and people who like great service

I'm not one to write reviews generally, but this merits one. I had my brand new 2008 Audi S4 broken into, so I went to Kyle at sound warehouse. He installed an Ungo security system and all seemed to be OK. There was a few glitches, and he decided to charge me 70 dollars over his estimate to put in the ""extra"" door locks. It was a dumb thing to charge for as that should be included in his estimate. I need the doors to lock!
A couple months go by and my Audi gets broken into AGAIN! I was sleeping less that 20 feet away, along with all my neighbors and NO ONE heard an alarm. I awoke the next morning to a shattered window and $500+ worth of things stolen from my car. That doesn't include the cost of replacing the window, the countless hours spent cleaning shattered glass out of the carpets, seats, cupholders, and inside of the door! I call sound warehouse to tell them that the alarm didn't work. After days of trying to reach Kyle, he finally answers, and could not act more annoyed by my phone call. Kyle's only response was to bring the car in so he could fiddle with the alarm some more. And he'll do it for under a hundred dollars. Are you kidding me?! After I decline his offer, he rudely says ""good luck"" and hangs up on me! That is completely unacceptable.
I will be staying FAR FAR away from sound warehouse, and I hope you do too. They make no attempt at good customer service. They took every penny they could and installed an alarm system that doesn't even work! And then only to treat me the way they did after, and not stand behind their work. I don't understand how they're even in business.
