Overall

I was initially very excited about sending my girlfriend here for valentine's day for the spa manicure and gel polish as a V-day gift, but it turned out to be a HUGE NIGHTMARE. I paid for everything in advance and was very clear on what services I wanted her to receive, however when my gf arrived they were extremely backed up(understandably) and the receptionist decided to lie and tell her that I had scheduled something completely different(to save time). After speaking with my gf after she left I found out that all they did was a gel polish, so naturally I called to get it resolved. I spoke with manager Brooke and she admitted the services I paid for were not performed however became very argumentative and placed the blame on us saying that we miscommunicated what we wanted and we changed the services desired. After arguing my case on the THIRD call she offered a discount for us on our next visit, and I said that wouldn't be sufficient, she then stated that technically I should owe them more money so I then threatened to dispute the charge with my bank she said she could schedule a free service. All in all they wouldn't accept responsibility for their lack of organization and poor service and Brooke was very unprofessional. This was hands down the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Valentines day is once a year, only take on the workload that can be handled. I guess I should've looked at ALL the reviews(not recommended section) guess paying for your best reviews to show up really worked this time.

Love Seasons!

Both me and my daughter have been clients of Autumn the owner of Seasons since 2005. There is no place that makes us feel more welcome and pampered! When I need a break Seasons is my #1 choice and best friend a girl/person can have! Try them out, they will not disappoint!

I always get my gel nails done at Seasons. They have the most qualified staff. I don't trust my nails to just anyone. I only go to Seasons. I've also done their spray tans (amazing), pedicures (fantastic) and skinny wraps (yes! it really works). LOVE LOVE Seasons.

My favorite local place for an escape and a day of pampering...I love it! I have had my hair colored and cut, massages, facials and pedicures...love it all. The staff is friendly and professional. Nice atmosphere. I have shared this escape with friends, and its fun for a mother daughter date too!. Highly recommend you make this your next escape.

I love going to Seasons, and have been a loyal client there for some time now. They are a perfect, all-in-one salon and spa! The ladies who work there are warm and welcoming, and do a great job. I went in to get a facial, because I was in dire need of some stress relief and "me time". My esthetician talked to me about my skin, how it feels and what my concerns were. She told me she was going to customize my facial to my skin type and recommended some skin care products that have helped out my skin tons! My facial was wonderful. The spa was relaxing, and I was able to sit in the sauna after my facial to continue relaxing for free! I recommend Seasons to everyone that I can!

I've gone to Seasons Salon for ALL my spa, nail, and hair needs for years, and I have NEVER been disappointed. They've always been able to fit me in, and as I would need it they always remind me the day before. Their staff is incredibly personable, and I always feel welcome. I love the job they do and have yet to feel disappointed. They have an incredible amount of services - everything from personal training to tanning to hair to nails. You need it? They offer it. Not to mention the cute boutique they have throughout as well. I can't imagine trying another place instead of Seasons. They have my loyalty. :)

My experiences at Seasons have always been above what has been expected. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is so soothing. My husband and I were able to get a couples massage there and we were led into a changing room where robes awaited us. Then, we sat in a cute little sitting area that was dimly lit and hot beverages were available for us. So cute! After our massages, which were much needed, we had a trip in the sauna that was so great because we didn't even know our massages came with that option. I have loved every experience there and the girls who work there are wonderful! I will be going back for sure!

Never been more disappointed in my life. I was a loyal customer there who went and got my nails done, tanning, facials, body wraps, and even got my hair cut there.. I will NEVER EVER go back. Nor will my friends, and instead of telling everyone how much I love them I will be sure to let everyone know how they really treat loyal customers!

I went and got a perm, and was told it did what it was supposed to and that a perm just gives it volume and the option to curl it. My hair has a natural curl, and now it is just frizzy and large. I went back and let the manager style it, and left when she started using the curling iron on still WET pieces of my hair! She may have been doing hair for 11 years but even In know not to take a 400 degree curling wand to wet hair! Not to mention my shirt was wet from her wash and water poured down my face and she didn't even try and wipe it away!! Where she took the wand to my hair is beautiful, everything else is just a frizzy mess, She kept telling me that when i got home and did it myself it would be better... Explain to me how i can do my hair better than someone with 11 years experience and salon products.... don't worry I'll wait....

I left her salon with TEARS rolling down my face! While i was leaving she asked if she could sell me any product and gave me a hug! the reason I was crying is because for TWO YEARS I have dreamed of long curly hair, that I could show my husband when I go to his Basic graduation, not a frizzy large puff ball, that i now have to style straight everyday or spend 2 hours with a curling iron.

let me just reiterate that this was the worst experience I have ever had in my life! I have never left any store, or salon crying before. I am a very very easy going person, but if you RUIN my hair, let me leave your salon bawling, and tell me that's what a perm is supposed to do, and I drop close to 100 dollars on the perm, and have now spent a total of 3 hours in your salon for an ugly perm, well then I am done. OOOH also when I told her that my hair is falling out due to medical reasons (that is why my hair is so precious to me) she made me feel like it was my fault it didn't turn out, and i should have told the stylist.... Yeah that just rubbed my own personal turmoil in a little bit deeper.

I hope you consider yourself warned!!

Lost interest

I started bringing all my kids here to get their hair done a few years ago. It was close to home, seemed like a nice atmosphere and the girls were always friendly. We did settle into 2 girls that were our favorites. As the years have gone by though, it seems to get dirtier and dirtier. I can overlook dirt if the service is good.

I booked a 2nd massage there one day but the massage before me ran long and she apologized and asked if I was able to still do an hour, I agreed. The M. Therapist and I discussed how I needed a deep tissure massage and she proceeded to do a very light touch massage. I just thought she was getting warmed up and was waiting for the massage to get deeper but it never did and before I knew it, she said thanks, and walked out. I know an hour massage is never really an hour because they count the time you take to get undressed and dressed again and I was not smart enough to check the clock but I felt very shorted on my time that day.

I stopped going in for myself but my kids still like their 2 fav stylists. We made an appt for my son with one of the fav girls but when we showed up, she wasn't in. They spent way too much time trying to track her down and when that was not going to happen, WE DID HAVE AN APPT., the owner finally offered to do his hair but seemed kind of rude about it, like she was put out. After wasting 25 minutes to get to that point then not feeling "the love" about it, we declined and left.

I am sad to see that the service has gone downhill over the years because we liked going there and it was convenient, and reasonably priced, but too many strikes and you are out in my book.
