  We also carried Aetna insurance and told them to get a referral each time I was sent to a specialist (per Aetna policy) which they assured me I DIDN'T need & were too LAZY to do resulting in billing mess ups & wasting time making calls to the agency as well as the billing department to straighten out more than once.
  
  They lost or "misplaced" faxes for meds to and from other doctors' offices and the pharmacy.
