McDonald's

Waited 20 minutes in the drive through and only moved one car length. Left without getting anything.

After working a 16 hr shift I stopped at McDonalds to pick up dinner. I was tired so I forgot to check to make sure I got everything I ordered. I got home to find out that 4 items were not in the bag even though I paid for them and, 2 received 2 sauces different from the ones I ordered. I tried calling 4 times letting the phone ring at lease 1 min. but no one answered. After driving back I was told they only had one apple pie when I ordered 2 and got upset when I wouldn't take the cherry pie instead. I then asked for my money back for the 2 large fries since the burgers would be done by the time I got home with them, and again was given a dirty look. After all the times our orders were messed up from this McDonalds I never once complained, but this time was different. It was 10pm at night and they wern't busy and I was made to feel like it was my fault, nobody apologized or took the blame, not to mention I may have even been able to take care of this over the phone had somebody answered it. It will be a long time if ever that I will go to this McDonalds. A little bit of courtesy goes a long way. And, after seeing some of the reviews I think there should be some changes made here.
