Family friendly and fun. The kids enjoy the activities and are exhausted when we leave.
Good selection of food. Staff is courteous and helpful. Small game room with a good selection of games requiring 1 or 2 tokens. Good selection of prizes. You can pay the difference which makes both the kids and me happy. Best place to go when you can't be outside for fun and exercise!
I don't know where the other reviewer here was but it wasn't the same place I visited.
Bounce magic on Southwestern is filthy. My kids end up sick every time we go there. The place smells like dirty feet.
We've been there twice in the last 6 weeks. First my wife ordered food from a teenager who couldn't work the register. We waited and waited and waited (always fun with small hungry children). Finally after an hour my wife approached the cashier and asked where our food was. She said ""oh yea"" and handed her a pizza, now ice cold. There were only 6 people in the place at the time. The cashier was simply preoccupied talking to someone else.
When we returned a few weeks later my wife mentioned the incident to the manager who rolled her eyes at her like a teenager. As if our valid complaint was somehow offputting to her. The staff is rude with the exception of one sweet old lady.
The cost is prohibitive. If your kids like games you'll spend a fortune. All the games take 2 or more tokens (at Chuck E Cheese everything is 1) and you need to spend a good $10 to ""win"" the cheapest crap there.
Good luck if you want to go there, you won't be seeing me. I think the 5 star review was written by someone who works there.
The staff and owners are very friendly and the prices are so reasonable. My kids have a great time, and so do I.I would highly recommend Bounce Magic for play and Parties! We've had two birthday parties there and I have to say, I was thrilled. \r
The new outside area is very nice. I sat with a friend while the kids played in the sand and water tables. We played mini golf, 9 hole. Just big enough so the kids won't get bored. The bumper boats are a blast. You might want to take a towel.\r
The kids get a good workout on the slide and bounce houses and do they ever sleep good.\r
Saturdays in the winter are pretty busy. We usually head there around dinner and get the package deal. The pizza is very good and I like the idea that you don't need a coupon to get the savings (like I have time to remember coupons!). \r
Whenever I ask the kids 'what should we do today?', the say Bounce Magic!
