Casa Ole'

Food was excellent, service was great, clean restaurant. Manager on duty made their walks through the restaurant to make sure all the customers were having a pleasant experience. I will be a return customer.

BAD! As customer of Casa Ole Restaurants all my life, no hesitation choosing this restaurant when out of town ..I had the WORST Quesidilla of my life! The flour tortilla was not grilled , just folded over and run through the warmer, and it was dry, hard and tasted like cardboard. I had to ask for the sour cream that went with it, and still not sure that I wasn't supposed to have guacamole with it, which I didn't get...couldn't eat the tortilla..opened it up and tried to eat the insides, no flavor, just awful!. ON another order the beans looked like the bottom scrapings of the barrel. so dry that you could stand a spoon up in it! supposed to be guacamole with this order and we had to ask for it. We arrived at 8:30 Friday night, after taking our order the staff started stacking the chairs on the table next to us to clean the floor, and there were still several occupied booths. Not even closing time..RUDE! Manager/cooks need to be retrained.Hope this gets to corporate.. won't last
