I've taken my dog in, as a walk in. They are quite busy and appointment ONLY, which I did not know when going in. Luckily my dog is very easy to groom, he has short hair that does not require any cutting at all. His nails were really long and well over due to be cut which besides the bath itself was the most technical service required. Carla, the owner, is a very lovely woman. I was actually several dollars short of the full cost AND didn't realize that getting shampooed with a 'flea' shampoo was extra - I simply thought that all shampoos would use flea shampoo! So, that made me several dollars MORE short, at this point, I'm about 10 dollars LESS than what would be normally charged for what I needed done for my dog - yet - she said it was fine, with a smile no less, and took my dog in still. This was PRIOR to her taking him in, she agreed on the lower price and not because they weren't busy. Quite the smart business lady AND just created a RETURN customer with her flexibility! Thanks Carla, if you ever get the chance to read this. Clyde and I will be back. Cheers Sandy who arrived in her slippers LOL, I was only dropping a mate off at work and decided last minute to get his long over due nails done and a shampoo while he was there! Boy, did I look quite the site =)
As the "party of 4" entered, we were greeted with a smile and "Have a seat wherever you like". Everything about this place appeared clean and orderly. The service is one of the best we've seen, never having to ask for a drink refill. Between the four of us 3 different types of subs were ordered along with one slice of pizza. All the food came out hot and at the same time. The subs were piled high with meat and the sub covered most of the plate. Everyone agreed that it was well priced for the abundance of food served. Unfortunately the one that had the steak sub was sick within the hour. This was surprising with only 2 health violations down from 13 health violations just under a year ago. Although someone may have had a "tender tummy" that day, we are all in agreement that we will be dinning there more often. Our average analysis was a 7.6 out of a possible 10. Dining 6/18/08
We visited this place twice and the first time with only one other table being served; the service, ordering and food was impeccable. The second time we went it was busy and was surprised at the lack of attention to detail. We ordered a large Bianca Pizza with one side sausage and peperoni and the other left as just cheese. Also, we ordered a meatball appetizer. The Pizza we got was fully covered in sausage and pepperoni and it wasn’t the Bianca pizza, but just a regular one. A manager apologized and said they could make another one, but we were too hungry and anything made there seems to be good. I would have appreciated a discounted check, but with all that, it is still worth going back to. The prices are comparable to quality pizza, just wouldn’t take the kids there; we’ll stick to the $5 specials for them.
