        Russ and the rest of his team exemplify professionalism, class, courtesy and customer service.
        They treat every client as though they were family and make sure that they take personal ownership of every policy they write and every claim they manage.
        5 stars doesn’t do this firm justice.

        Don't file a claim or you wont have insurance. After a rock hit my windshield, I had called to get repaired. A $64 claim, they cancelled me. Said I was high risk...only claims I have had have been windshield repair/replacemts in past 8 years.
