Had a wonderful experience at Ashley Furniture in Orange. David Brown, the floor manager, was very helpful and kind. I was looking for a loveseat for my living room and David was able to provide me with knowledge of all different furniture in the store and point me in the right direction for exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend coming to this store for any type of furniture needs.

Came in the store late on a Friday evening and David was more than welcoming, despite the fact that they were closing in 30 minutes. He was extremely helpful in helping us choose a love seat and very informative. The store in general is beautiful, and would highly recommend this Ashley store, and David as a sales consultant (also the floor manager!!

Absolutely disappointed and disgusted with sales woman, Alicia and store manager, J Rizzo. My bedroom set was delivered today and they sold me the wrong piece. I ordered a nightstand and they sent a dresser. After speaking with the store manager, J Rizzo- she did not acknowledge their mistake and spoke to me with an “oh well, too bad it’s the wrong item” approach. I was even more disgusted when she told me that I have to pay a 30% restocking fee because they sent me the wrong item. I asked if this fee can be waived because I am not returning the item, I am simply asking for the correct item to be redelivered. She said that there was nothing she can and that if I wanted the correct item delivered I will need to pay the restocking fee which would come out to be almost $150- to send back an item that was just delivered today for the correct item. Does this sound like good customer service to you? Does this sound like a place that you’d want to do business with in the future? Definitely not. I asked J Rizzo if there was anyone else I can speak to to find a resolution to this matter and she said there was no one higher than her that will make a different decision. Wow. I guess she not only manages the Orange store, she owns the entire company? I am so disappointed in this store, their customer service, their willingness to help a disappointed customer and will never return nor will I ever recommend anyone to make a purchase here.

Dave was really helpful and was very helpful every step of the way, we bought a lot of furniture for our new home. He was very patient with us and gave us the best prices he could on all the furniture we got. He’s great! And I’d recommend him and this store to anyone who’s looking to buy new furniture!

We were very happy impressed with jerilynn rizzo and very happy she took her time to answer all of our questions about the furniture in the store and I probably will be coming back to purchase more my husband and me woul rate her a 100 also the store manager a 100 meaning really good excellent they know what they are talking about we as customers need that so I thank you bolth David and linda Marsan.

Just moved to CT almost 2 months now. Didn't bring much furniture with me because I planned on ordering new furniture as soon as I moved. Saw that ashley furniture was having a big 5 million dollar warehouse clear out sale and thought it would be great to go there and get my furniture quickly and for less. I bought a dining room set, bedroom set, a sofa sleeper and love seat. I dropped 4 grand down to this company. They said it took 4-8 weeks. I talked to them about it and was unsure if I wanted to wait that long, they reassure me before purchasing that it never takes that long. That's what they quote but that it usually is there within 2-3 weeks. So I agreed and paid and was excited to get my furniture. Right now my family is eating off of two bar stools and one small love seat. I am sleeping on a mattress on the floor! I feel like our lives are on hold until this furniture gets here and I called several times just to be told they apologize. A few times now our estimated delivery time has changed and set back. They don't have the furniture up here in a ware house and told us there is a warehouse down in Pennsylvania that they are waiting on. I said to the women that I feel like they are making my furniture it's taking so long and she told me that they are. So why do you have a big advertisement for a warehouse clear out event? I feel like I was lied to. So now I am still without furniture, and will be going on 5 weeks. I call but get no where. I am stuck and completely dissatisfied with this company. I can't believe they do this.
