AMAZING! I have so many good things to say about this awesome couple and their business.

Dave and this wife are fantastic owners and operators of DK Billiards. I had a horrible experience with TriBilliards ( do not go there! ) And had limited time to get my pool table done before a party in 3 days. His wife was so sincere to my troubles and promised she would do everything she could to help get it done for me.



Dave Got back to me in minutes and explained that it takes more time then we had to do things the way they should be done, which he said is the way he operates his business, he will not do a sub par job just to get it done. I really appreciated his honesty and the pride he has in the quality of his work.



We came up with the only possible solution to get it done and still accomplish the level of craftsmanship. I pulled the rails, prepped the, and brought them to him the next day. Dave has done everything in his power to get this table done for me without compromising his quality and holding to the same due dates he promised his other customers ahead of me.



I am so appreciative of DK Billiards and their help. So appreciative that they have become my first review ever! My second will be a poor review of TriBilliards

Worth EVERY penny!

Because of David's reply to Scott, we decided to give DK Billiard Service a try. Anyone can have a bad hair day. Rory, Dave's wife, answered the phone and was helpful, knowledgeable and informative. We have a much loved 1 piece, 1inch thick slate pool table we needed taken apart and crated for a move out of state. We did make an appointment a week out (not too much to ask) and Dave and his assistant showed up on time, crate already built to size, and handled our table with exceptional care. We couldn't believe two men could handle it (it took 5 to move it in) but they did.



Experience and skill made short work of a job we could NEVER have handled ourselves! We highly recommend them for their honesty, ability and professionalism.

Our family stumbled upon this store after getting sticker shocked at another store. We got a nice table at a great price. It is definitely worth a visit to see what they have.

The owner does the works himself and makes sure the table is set up correctly. He checks to make sure the table is level and plays as it should. This is a family owned business, and they care about giving good service.

I recently had my older pool table refelted by David @ DK Billiard Service. I decided to give them a try on the advice of a friend who had used them and was happy with the service. I really liked the fact that they are a family owned and operated business, and when I visited the showroom, I got to see the family side firsthand! I was glad to be able to go to them and see the many choices of felt available. They have many beautiful pool tables on display, all with different color felt. I also got to see large swatches of fabric, which made choosing a color a little easier. Rory, the showroom side of this husband and wife team, was helpful and knowledgable. She has a lot of patience to operate a business and raise her family at the same time. She really helped me narrow down my choices, as she seems to have a knack for knowing what will look good. I didn't want anything trendy, but something classic that would look nice for a long time to come. After I chose my color, she booked my appointment time for early the next week. David, the owner of the company, was at my door as scheduled. It was nice to see that he actually does the work himself and doesn't hire out the jobs. He was right on time, friendly and very fast. I felt comfortable having him in my home, and the work was fantastic! I was so pleased that my old table could look so good again. Wonderful experience all around! Highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Dave and Rory at DK Billiards. I had just purchased my very first house and needed my pool table moved from storage to it's new location. I called around to several places and came to the fast and easy decision to go with DK Billiard Service. Both professional and down to earth, they were the company for me. I spoke to Rory on the phone. She was knowledgable and patient, answering all of my questions. The price was right, too. She arranged my appointment day and time, working around my somewhat hectic schedule. My husband and I both work and we have school-aged children, but they were very flexible and accomodating. Because of my busy schudule, I am not able to wait around at home for someone to show up for service. David made sure to call me often and kept in communication with me so that I new exactly when he would arrive. He didn't have to wait around for me and I didn't have to wait around for him. It worked out perfectly! I find this kind of accomodation invaluable, and I'm sure other busy people do as well. When David arrived, precisely on time, I liked him immediately. He was friendly and efficient and had the table unloaded, in the game room and set up in record time. The table looks great and plays beatifully. The entire process, from the initial phone call through the first play, went smoothly. I cannot say enough good things about DK Billiards or it's owners, Dave and Rory. I would (and will) recommend them to anyone. Excellent in every way. Thanks so much!

I recently spoke with the owner or manager of "D K" about having a pool table re-located

locally. I was unaware of the fact that they had to have at least a weeks notice before they would be available.I was treated with much disrespect and was told " why do you people call us and expect us to jump for you. " Do you think WE need your buisiness or just sit by the phone waiting for you to call". I personally don't think anyone deserves that type of treatment. They obviosly don't need anyones buisness including mine--EVER!
