        Like a lot of people, I thought chiropractic care was, well, a joke. Then my ankle locked up. For three weeks I couldn't get it to move. I'd also been suffering from whiplash for over two years. My coworkers recommended Dr. Meals. He was close so I called. Come right in he says. WOW! Ok. I'm sitting on his table whining about my ankle. He can fix it he says. Ok. He lays me on my back and starts with my neck. Oh! Just my ankle please. Relax he says. Trust me. I look up into the kindest most sincere eyes and find I do trust him. Now, that first time was a doozy! My neck hadn't moved in two years! He moved it. He found every aching part of my spine. (I'm still not sure how he does this). He finally got to my ankles. Yes he worked on both. When he was done, my ankle moved freely without pain. I could turn my head. At last! He advised me to put ice on it when I got home. I've had to see him on a fairly regular basis because I get myself into trouble by falling. A lot. If you want gentle caring chiropractic care, Dr. Meals is the best.
