I have been ordering from Announcement Converters for several years and they have always delivered promptly, they have great packaging and their customer service reps are extremely nice and helpful.

Great Customer Service - don't know what the others are talking about. They are always helpful and stand by their product 100%. Sounds like many of you lack communication skills - get over it. They're quick. I press send and get a tracking number in a few minutes - and get it delivered to my door in Canada - 2 days, Can't ask for any better!!!

I have been ordering from Announcement Converters for over 5 years and have had great customer service and found that they have always had what I need on hand even with hard to find items. This is not just based on 1 order but many orders so I think you can trust my rating.

Don't buy from them. They do not manufacture envelopes..they lie. After placing several orders, it is always the same.... dirty, damaged product and lousy customer service.

YP unfortunately doesn't provide for a "no star" rating. If you're looking to work with Announcement Converters, go find another company to do business with. Announcement Converter's customer service has deteriorated in the ten years that we've done business. Its telephone reps are not all uniformly rude, they share varying gradations of rudeness among them. What a shame.

I had a similar experience as the other reviewer. I ordered paper online and some of the paper was dirty and dented, so I could not use them. When I called customer service it was one of WORST experiences I have had. Extremely RUDE, unhelpful and implied it was my doing that the paper was damaged. I spoke to 2 different people and they were both extremely rude and refused to give me their names. I have been a customer for over 10 years but will not be anymore!

I placed an order through the website and my envelopes and cards did not match. I tried to talk to customer servicer about exchanging for the correct stock. It's going to cost me about $75 extra once you figure shipping in. This was a job I was doing for a friend, so it's coming right out of my pocket. Customer service agents were rude. I'll never buy from them again.
