Verizon Wireless

I went there to pay a bill and was ignored until they played the passing game. finally someone helped me. as I was getting help the other two workers that did not help decided to have a very loud conversation right next to me where I could barely get my information across. they ,need to another costumer service class a.s.a.p.

Do not go to this store! I know with Verizon being a big carrier in the industry it's hard, but seriously, it would be better to go to another store. After the pathetic staff members messed up my plan by adding two extra lines promising it would save me money, the idiot of a manager wouldn't return calls or emails. Worst manager I have ever seen in there. Uneducated loser. Ofcourse Verizon Wireless would back the morons decision to screw over customers, but I have been inspired to switch to ATT as soon as the service agreement is up. These people are a joke. Ugly manager calls himself something other than what's on his name tag. Probably because he is a chicken that has to hide, but you would know who he is if you went into that nasty store. He is a black guy who thinks he's hot,but he is nasty.
