        Veronica the stylist that cut ...

        Veronica the stylist that cut my hair needs a lot more education and needs to be an assistant instead of a stylist until she listens to her clients needs and is confident enough to give great hair cuts. I came in with an a lined bob, my right side was longer and wanted it balanced out. With an a line still in tact of both sides.She cut my hair two inches shorter all over and cut off my a line. She gave me a round bob with a lot of bangs. My picture and discussion of what I was looking for was not the end result. She then proceeded to state that she told me it would be shorter and all she needed to do was cut my right side an inch shorter and keeping my a line cut. The manager did not take the time to apologize and try to make the situation better. She called me at the end of the day and let me know she was too busy to take the time out to listen to what had happened. My hair is so short and choppy from this experience. I will need to let it grow out for at least 4 months and balance out, because my sides are un even and really choppy.
