The office is a mess and Mr. Spitz's personality matches his name. If you want an arrogant jerk, he is the man for you.
This is a law firm that will provide you with personal service and aggressive representation. If you have a difficult case, then this is the law firm for you.
I called this firm to see if I could get a quick consultation over the phone regarding a possible Copyright Infringement lawsuit, the secretary confirmed that I would have to set up an appointment and there would be a $75 fee for this. Pretty ridiculous when you're just looking for a quick answer to a question you have.

Unfortunately there is no such thing as a "quick" answer to issues about a Copyright infringement lawsuit. If someone has a serious problem they deserve a professional answer and that takes time to get the facts and answer the questions. I am sorry that this person did not want to spend the time and resources for good legal advice from an attorney with 35 years experience, but good legal advice is not free.
I used Attorney Spitz for my Bankruptcy and everything went so smoothly. I would recommend his office to anyone!!!
