FOREWARNING:



I first brought my vehicle to MJ Auto Body at the recommendation from MK Detail which is the same general location back on 10/05/15.



Undecided if I was going to paint the entire vehicle or the damage to the side panels, I informed Gloria, (Operations Manager), that I would be calling her shortly. Within a couple of days thereafter, I left a message on their general voicemail indicating that I would be only wanted the side panels repaired and waited for a callback.



A week later, approximately 10/14/15, I received a call from Gloria wanting to know the status of my decision moving forward. I told Gloria that I left her a massage back on 10/07/15 indicating that I only wanted the side panels repaired. She replied, "I'm sorry, we had a lot of message and I may have missed it."
