When I walked into restaurant, I found out it is pretty unique in not just the atmoshpere, decoration, but menu and service. It is very modern and contemporary and you can not find anything traditional like you will find in traditional Chinese or Japanese rstaurant. It is not very elegant but definitely a place where you can bring your business clients for business lunch or bring your family at night. This is the first restaurant I have ever seen in Inland Empire that offers the following 1) a full range of Chinese and Japanese cuisne including sushi roll. 2) low carb meal 3) Dim sum 4) fusion dish. Every dish is custom made and the chef can accomodate your speical request (such as less salt or sugar...etc.) Every dish is hot and delicious. The ingredients they use are fresh. The manager is very friendly and receptive to any suggestion. Both manager and the chef does care about the customer. Why did I say that ? I found out a secret. I saw the chef checked out a dish that was not completely consumed by the customer to make sure that is nothing wrong with the dish.
I?ve tasted a lot Chinese foods. this one has much less oil and msg. But still they also keep the foods with high quality.
Excellent food service and large portions of food. Friendly staff. Would recommend to everyone all 3 locations.
