Want to warn everyone! Stay away from this place. Unless you like you money and time being waist for awful results ! Since I got unlimited spray tan package at least 5 sessions coming out completely peel ! For that kind of price? I have very busy schedule , having two little kids keep my hands tight. I had wedding and graduation party go to and even paid more for better results . Was so mad , after driving all way there , waiting in line , paying so much still come out all white :(((! I told girls about being disappointed one time, and they were helpful and nice. After talking with they's manager on the phone miraculously they spray me and I all was tan , they told me sometimes containers are low with fluid and it's happens! An exemptible for the money and time I invested ! Today though was a last drop. I was so mad again after spray coming out all white , I waited 8 hours to see if it's develops , it did NOT. I went back with my both kids and asked worker who introduced herself as Jess please to help me. Wait for it....she told me there no manager above her and nobody she can call and not allowed to connect me with anyone! So I drove all way there to show her I am not lying and my skin as much tan as snow, with poor kids being on the middle of it all. After she gave me same number for costumer service I had from web page and could of use at home without going through all this trouble ! BUT as a was about to leave I see her talking with manger on the phone and being told nope no refund or help ! I an so angry that do not mine ask lower for advice to get my money back ! There tons of other places offering great services , way more affordable , ZOOM TAN is joke and there hidden fees and very poor assistance . I would never go back there and will let know all my friends and family!
