Thrift World

I have shopped here for a while 1st off people it's a thirst store don't expect department store exceptions. No thirst store let you exchange anything. It's a thirst store! Be glad they give you dressing rooms to try things on it's Not their fault you are in a hurry. I have done it many times and just deal with it because I seen the sign in the middle of the store saying No REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES NO EXCEPTIONS! The only complaint I have is their prices can be lowered a few dollars. Other than that I'm a Happy 4 star

I WISH THERE WAS A HALF STAR RATING!! I appreciate the 2 prior comments! MY STORY; IN A HURRY I paid $6.98 for a pair of really cute skinny jeans. I didn't have time to try them on. Get home & OF COURSE find out they DON'T FIT! I figured NO PROBLEM I'll return them tomorrow since I have my receict & the tag is in tact. WRONG! I didn't want any money, just a pair of jeans I could fit! They ABSOLUTLY would not allow me to return them, exchange them, get store credit! NOTHING! I shop at Thrift World because IM ON A BUDGET & DON'T HAVE $7 TO GIVE AWAY! I am SO DISAPPOINTED in Thrift World and will NEVER EVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME THERE! I will tell ANY AND EVERYONE that will listen! I would have rather paid MALL PRICES and had the option of SOME SORT of return policy! Shop at Goodwill folks! THEY HAVE A 7 DAY RETURN POLICY!

I think this chain of thrift stores are pretty nice and carry a lot of great items but I only gave it 2 stars because you can't try on clothes. Even though the clothes are pretty reasonable, I won't buy from them because there is no way I'll pay even $5 or $6 bucks for a pair of jeans without trying them on. Without a return policy you can be stuck spending good money on clothes that once you get them home, won't fit.

and too picked over. There are no "treasures" to discover here--all potentially valuable items are marked WAyyyyyyyy up. It's like paying high-dollar on ebay.
