Alan D fixed our furnace today. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Great service! Pleased with his work.

Cliff G came to diagnose and repair my furnace. He called ahead and quickly was able to discover the problem. Very nice man and very efficient. Would be glad to have him back anytime I need a repairman.

Bill G. came to help me with some plumbing today. He was on time, professional, courteous, got the job done fast, and was out of here. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

We have used Service One as our primary appliance and home service for more than 30 years. Today, Cliff G. was prompt, professional and polite. Cliff completed the furnace inspection on our furnace (1979 model) and had to deliver the bad news that it had cracked cells on the heat exchanger. He explained that the furnace should not be re-started as a matter of safety for me and my family. Even though it was the end of a normal workday, Cliff arranged for a next-day appointment to obtain an estimate for replacement. What could have been a very stressful situation was handled with care and concern.

Tyrell called to let me know he was on the way. I like that he was promptly on time! He was very polite and professional. After doing inspection of my microwave he efficiently explained what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix the problem. He replaced the parts and now I have my microwave in time for the holidays. Very happy with service provided

Service One is a rip off. I have had a contract with Service One since 2002 and my water heater went out 2016 now they will not replace it saying I had a repair contract. I was informed from the Rep that the plan I was enrolled in was a Plan that if they could not fix it they would replace it and now they will not stand up to their word. The supervisor Edith tried to help me but could not but the supervisor Alisha in Customer Service never called me back or checked into the issue. When I called her back she said she was busy all morning with emergencies therefore, I gues having a busted water heater was not an emergency to her. After 14 years of service I cancelled and they acted like it was nothing to them but GOD doesn't like ugly it will come back around again on this HORRIBLE company. I thinks its because of the location???????
