Sears Auto Center

Customer service here is horrible. They are slow and bad tempered. I asked for an estimate how long to fix a tire and was rudely told he didn't know and that there are 4 cars in front of me and they would do it when they got to it. When I asked about my road hazard he said he didn't have time to look it up and would do it later. Turned out they wouldn't cover the road hazard and wasted my time when I could have gone elsewhere. I will not buy tires or anything from here again. Discount tire was cheaper and did better work that they will stand behind. The hours here are also terrible. I'm sure they will be out of business sooner than later just like their other stores.

They are just ok. Ok store Ok employees OK

It's an ok store but they are usually out of the items that are in the ad withe really good prices.
