Restore Physical Therapy

I was referred to Ryan Hruska by an internist. Although I paid for a one hour initial consultation, he would not provide chart notes that outlined the basic diagnostic evaluation required by physical therapists. (e.g., Evaluation, Diagnosis, Prognosis, Plan of Care.) After insisting that he release his chart notes, his chart notes did not even relay an evaluation. Additionally, he was excessively unprofessional and inappropriate in his conduct with me. I would overlook it if he was an exceptional physical therapist, which is why I insisted and complied with HIPPA for a copy of my medical charts. My recommendation is to go to physical therapist, Dr. Cheryl Wisinski. Exceptional evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of care.
