Dr. Cullen is a great doctor. On our first visit, we felt like old friends. He and his team are outgoing, friendly, make you feel at ease, and truly enjoy their jobs. Who knew foot care could be so fun? He had us laughing and relaxed the entire visit! I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Cullen and his team.

I have been seeing Dr. Cullen for years. He has treated me for a broken foot, a sprained ankle, calluses, and diabetic foot care. He is personable, always makes me feel comfortable. I recently have found out that friends also go to him and they have been as pleased as I. I would recommend him to anyone.

I have been seeing Dr. Cullen for many years and was never told I had to pay for a service before it was filed with my insurance. I think he gives excellent care and is very professional. He answers all questions and explains procedures thoroughly. I would recommend him to anyone.

I am not sure I have ever written an online review, but I am thoroughly disturbed by the way they conduct business. I was referred there by my doctor for a plantar wart. Upon entering they have you sign a form saying you will pay for the services on the day of, before they ever bill your insurance.... That is lovely to ask for your money up front, but that would have been vital information before I made the appointment and walked in the door...



Then after the doctor told me about scraping and freezing it off, I said, "well I just signed something saying I would pay for everything today before you ever bill my insurance, so how much will this cost," which took him completely off guard and he backpedaled saying, oh no we bill your insurance, blah, blah, and never answered me and continued to do what he said. He never gave me a price. I never agreed to pay hundreds of dollars for a foot scraping and he knew if he answered me I would have walked out the door.



Low and behold I go to leave and guess how much to get my wart scraped and frozen off???? $340! And I just got another bill that I owe $100 more. I don't use credit cards in my life. Who just has $440 laying around for a wart removal?



To top it off, they made a follow up appointment for me. I said I did not want and could not afford a follow up appointment. I didn't go, obviously. And they sent me a bill for $25 for missing my appointment.



If doctors are going to go the way of asking for payment up front, then they need to be prepared to post their prices and fees for service. You cannot have people forced and agree to pay for something without knowing the price of it upfront. It is plain shiesty. I would never go there again. And I will certainly be screening every doctor I go to for their practices before I make the appointment because I do not want to backed in to a corner like that again.



I am a nurse and mother of 4. I had been walking around with a painful wart for months before I had the time to take care of myself and get to a doctor. And then this was my experience. Really disappointing.
