        Tried to call for a quote. Answered on the sixth ring with "hello". I had to ask if this was Keystone B&SM and then I got "yeah". I hung up. I understand if it's a small business with no receptionist but at least answer a call professionally. First impressions matter!

        Outstanding service

        I own some properties in downtown Omaha that Keystone does snow removal on. The winter of 2009/2010 was one of the worst on record. Keystone always had my lots ready to go for my customers.

        GREAT JOB !!

        I'd like to say that working with Mark from Keystone Brick & Stone was a REAL pleasure. I had and I'll say again had a water leak on my front porch. After having 3 different contractors & hundreds of dollars spent to try & fix my leak I heard about Keystone Brick from a friend of mine. Mark devised a plan to fix the problem the FIRST time And guess what!! NO LEAKS!!!

        Thank you mashking or Mike as I call you. I just tried everything I know to try to stop that leak, sometimes they can be scary because water leaks can be relentless at best. Once we tore out the old caulking, mortared it back in, caulked and sealed over the mortar, that did the trick. I was very relieved to have stopped the leak.

        They did it right.

        I called keystone brick and stone when someone hit my brick mailbox. They built another one even better than the old one. They actually took their time and did it right instead of rushing through it. I also asked them to fix my broken up sidewalk and reseal my natural stone porches and they were able to do all of that to my satisfaction.
