Childrens Hospital & Medical Center

Its a very wonderfull hospital they saved my husbands life as a child then agian as an adult they have a very good bedside manner they take the time to explain stuff so you can understand it I will deffinatley recommend this hospital to those who need it thanks a million

Children's hospital is wonderful, great place. The only thing I don't understand is how UNMC and Children's hospital could not hire someone professional to be a receptionist for the pediatric dentistry. I have not ever encountered such careless attitude in the past. There are probably million ways to deliver the same message, this receptionist leaves you feeling very unwelcome, used and you get an impression that they don't actually care about you. Talked to her 3 times and every time it's getting worse. Don't get me wrong they have wonderful doctors and assistants there and the place is extremely nice, but I was shocked by the answers this receptionist gave me and the tone she talked to me. Can't even remember having such a poor service anywhere else. And especially have not expected to get it there.

The endocrinologist physician spotted something in our sons blood work that :NO" one has/had detected. He could have died. He is cortisol defiant. He has to be monitored very closely or he could get "deathly" ill even with the sniffles. Stressful times bring out grand maul seizures.
