This place is TERRIBLE - I would give it zero stars if I could. Let's start with product - my son's speech was delayed because all they did was watch TV - ALL DAY LONG. The only time I saw any interaction among staff was during changing/feeding time. This leads me to my next complaint - diaper changes. They claim to change the sanitary cover on the changing pad between children - this is false. I witnessed children being changed one after another without even a wipe down. As a result my son had ringworm in the diaper region the entire time he was there.
Now on to professionalism and management. By far the most unprofessional establishment I have ever come in contact with. Management has a turnover of about 2 months so the director is always clueless because they "just started". Upon pulling my son with proper notice, my credit card was continued to be charged. It took several months to be refunded. Recently I requested a invoice of payment for the prior year - this took me 3 weeks to receive. When I did finally receive it, the tax ID had been whited out. I am still waiting for a returned phone call from upper management for the Tax ID number and it has been 24 hours.

They do not do background checks like they say they do. They only pay the workers 7.50 they come and go. Its a new person evey time I go. They let the kids cry in the cribs all day long. This place is bad people.
