Super expensive, but if you don't mind paying extra for a great product and great service then it's worth it.

Please, Please beware! I signed up for a 6 month program for $240.00 and was told for special benefits (if my food spoiled it would all be replaced) they would charge an additional $40.00 and they would take off $40.00 so the payment really wouldn't affect me at all. They give you all of the frozen food upfront, unfortunately I ran out at three months. I chucked it up as a learning lesson and decided not to reup because it was not worth it for me. Then I just got a call (the program ended in Nov) saying I needed to pay $1400.00 for the extra benefits service; the one I would not even realize I was paying! I cried ......because one I didn't complain when I made the bad decision of going with this company I just payed money for the services I received. Now I have to pay for the services that I will never use again?!? When I called them I was told I should have called them when I ran out of food so they could send me more food (and make another payment on top of the $240.00). Then they told me they would set me up on another program!?!? After I talked to my husband I realized I had gave them names of FRIENDS because I thought this was a decent business. Now I feel it is my duty to warn everyone. Yes I should have paid attention to the fine print but I do feel cheated. They come into your home sit in your living room and sell you this wonderful service then they say just sign here and the food will be here tomorrow. I understand I have to pay $1400.00 to learn a hard lesson but I feel even worse knowing that I could have possibly screwed over people who are dear to me. Again please becareful!
