Wish I had read the below statement before I went to Sol Kutler's old practice. I went to 7 Day Dental to have my front denture redone. I was told by Dr. Green that he could do the job. Many, many molds were made of the old denture I have now that is useless and does not fill out my face. And from all those molds they took, not one of the dentures made at that office fit me at all. The denture was way too big, teeth too small in front and teeth too large hanging down in the back. It looked ridiculous like they were made for a baby shark. The lady who made them in the lab came up to where I was and I showed her how silly they looked and she said she would fix them to fill out my face and to fit properly. After many trips to 7 Day Dental to and from their office at 73rd & Farnam from 64 blocks North of Dodge where I live is a long way to drive to be completely disappointed. After arriving again at that office at the scheduled time only to wait an hour listening to screaming kids, and finally being taken back and seeing the redo of this denture, I thought I had drifted right into the Twilight Zone when the lady from the lab came into the room with my "new and improved dentures" that were exactly the same as they were the last time I drove to their office. She had not made one change to fix them. I was shocked and told her so and why didn't they tell me not to drive all that way if she hadn't done anything to them to improve them. I just got a blank stare. This nonsense happened again and again and again. They didn't fit at all and they did not care to fix them and the dentures had the exact same problems. Who does that??? I came back to the 7 Day dental office giving them one more chance again two days later and was told by the office hygienist and a very rushed Dr. Green, "Oh, just take them." as they hurried me out of the office with this same over-sized denture that did not fit and they all knew it didn't fit and looked ridiculous on me and basically they were done with me and showed me the door. This is how they solve their screw-ups, they know the problem, call you back for another fitting when nothing had been done to them to fix the problem, repeat the cycle til they kick you out cause I guess, I'm the problem. I wouldn't wish my experience on anyone. And they collected their money from Medicaid for services rendered. And I received Nothing. I went home defeated and put those horrible dentures in a box never to be worn. After thinking about the situation, and how I was treated by 7 Day Dental, I felt that calling 7 Day Dental would be useless. So, I called Medicaid in Lincoln and complained. They were very helpful and forwarded me to the Attorney General's office in Lincoln to the Medicaid Fraud Department. A very nice woman listened to my complaint. So this is in their hands now. One way or the other, please go somewhere else if you have problems. I don't know what is going on over there since this dental company based in Nevada took over Sol Kutler's practice.... but its not what any Nebraskan would be at all happy with from my experience and from the review below. from sarapac. ......Girl, I feel your pain. And the one star I gave them is not because they deserve it - this star is in hopes they will one day take this unused denture and fix it like I was promised by Dr. Green.

To sum up my experience... I w...

To sum up my experience... I will not go back and I do not recommend going here. 7 Day Dental is located in the building that was formerly Dr. Sol Kutler’s Dental Center. I work right next door. The location is very convenient. When it was Dr. Sol Kutler’s, I was a patient for 10 years+ and had no issues the entire time. Since my last appointment with Dr. Sol Kutler’s office, this location has been taken over by 7 Day Dental. I figured I would just keep going, since it was so close. I recently had an annual exam and cleaning. My first visit there, I waited 1.5 hours for my appointment. The receptionist failed to mention they had me down an hour later than what I had scheduled when I signed in. I should have walked out then, but I was nice about it and shrugged it off. They apologized and gave me a free electronic toothbrush. I had my cleaning. The hygienist was continually interrupted by co-workers asking to borrow different tools, while drool rolled down my chin. I was very uncomfortable and annoyed by all the disturbances. I saw Dr. Green. He was in and out in about 5 minutes and barely made eye contact. I could clearly see they booked several people at once and he was running around like a crazy person from room to room. He recommended several things my insurance covered, that I didn’t need like cosmetic surgery on my gums. I got the feeling right away they were trying to get as much money out of my insurance as possible from the first visit. A few weeks later I lost part of a filling. I decided to give them another shot and have the crown done, since the price was reasonable. It seemed to go better this time, but when I got home and the numbness wore off I realized they had done work on the wrong tooth. I called and complained, they offered me a lousy 10% discount and another electronic toothbrush. I was out over $300 and still didn’t have the tooth that was bothering me fixed. At this point, I decided I didn’t want to go back. Unfortunately I had to go back to finish the wrong tooth they started work on and that I already paid for up front. They called the week before my last appointment to tell me Dr. Green was going on vacation and they accidentally scheduled me for a day he would be gone. The temporary crown they put on had fallen out and I was in pain at this point, so I opted to go to another doctor there. When I got to that appointment, they told me they were overbooked and short on rooms due to the construction, so I would have to wait a half hour or reschedule. I hope I just have really bad luck and no one else has had the same experience. If I were reading this now, I would try finding another dentist. Why take the chance? There are tons of dentists in Omaha.

AWSOME! AWSOME! AWSOME IN EVERY WAY!

I took my son to 7 day dental who has been recovering from a brain injury, From the time I made the appointment through all the questions I had from anxiety and worries that once again I would walk in and another dentist would tell me my sons teeth looked good but they could not get x-rays of any type. I walked in with my son and everyone there were welcoming us and all were very sincere. When it came time for the first set of X-rays and they were actually able to get them I jumped for joy!!.( Literally) For years the dentist in the Omaha area were unable to get x-rays! Then my son and I were led to the room where yet another person was kind and able to get more x rays. She took such pains with my son not only for the x-rays but cleaning my sons teeth and understood when I explained about a canker sore that was preventing my son from opening his mouth as far as he normally could. She worked around the sore and cleaned his teeth taking pains and really it showed she was a VERY caring person. All of the office staff were. Then I had the privilege of meeting Dr Scott Green DDS he was very laid back BUT professional and put my nerves at ease. He diagnosed and told me about what the x-rays showed, and told me what needed to be done. He also was very good with my son and talked to him not at him as so many do. The entire experience was over whelming because of o many reasons. I would suggest this place to ANYONE!! And I will...Thank you everyone for making my Son and I feel like family .....My Son has surgery that Dr Scott Green will be doing and I am so thankful I feel that God led me to your office and am blessed my son is able to be seen by you all...I would also like to make mention the other Dentist at the office. He was busy with another patient but when he saw my son and I he took time to not only acknowledge us but say hello to us. My son and I will be there at 9 am shard on the 3rd! Thank you seems inadequate ...but believe me it is VERY sincere!
