Nice Place, great mountain. TERRIBLE Customer service. I paid a lot of money for a bundle package thaty included a room and multi-day ski pass. The front desk gave me the pass when I checked in. It did not work when I tried to get on the gondola. I wasted 30 minuntes trying to get the issue resolved, and had to walk to and from the ticket window and front desk in the hotel. They took my multi day pass, and gave me a day pass. They said come to the front desk tomorrow morning and we'll have another pass for you. That morning I went to get my pass, and of course nobody knew what I was talking about. It took another HOUR and two walking trips from the front desk to the ticket window to get the pass I had paid for 3 weeks in advance.
Upon checkout, I requested a receipt, and was told they didn't have ay paper to print my receipt. I waited for them, to get paper, and the printed out something that was not my receipt. I explained again what I wanted, and they told me they could not provided a receipt, but that I must call central rservations to get one. The person handed me a business card and said call the number on this card and they'll get you a receipt. There was no telephone number on the card, just a website. seriously?
Oh, and they double charged my visa card. Great place, beautiful mountain, but the staff working there is awful. I feel like nobody wanted to be accountable and help me. They just kept bouncing me around so someone else could deal with the problem.
