Welch's Appliance

What a great local company! I'm so glad I went to them instead of one of spending a ton of money at one of the big box stores. I've gotten a couple things over the years from them and most recently got a washer and dryer. Spent probably half what I would've spent somewhere else and its so much nicer than I expected. The staff here was great too. They salesperson is new I think but so nice and the delivery guy was great too. And they hauled my old stuff away. It's nice to know that's not going to go in the landfill. I have and will recommend to my friends and family!

I was very impressed with the customer service. Friendly and extremely patient. I felt as though they werent just trying to make that extra dollar but were actually concerned with what I was wanting to purchase. Gave me several different options and worked with me on price! Excellent place with a wonderful staff.

AWFUL, HORRIBLE, RUDE, INCONSIDERATE customer service. The woman behind the counter is the RUDEST person I have ever done face to face business with. My business has lost time and money on this fridge THAT DOESN'T WORK, and these people keep saying they will fix it, making me wait up to two weeks to have someone come out and look at it, AND THEY NEVER SHOW UP. When I told the woman on the phone that I'd taken time off of work to wait for them ALL DAY on a business day she told me, "Well congratulations lady! You can do it again! Next Tuesday, when WE are able to service your appliance," AGUH! RUDE! She refused to let me speak to the owner, and refused to offer ANY nice customer service at all. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN, AND WILL MAKE SURE NO ONE THAT I KNOW WILL EITHER. I am reporting them to the BBB today, and really regret not checking out the reviews on them before going. I see they comment back on all these reviews, and I see only bad reviews on this whole page.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! It is worth the extra money to buy something that you know will work from a company who will stand by their product. You will not get that here! I purchased a refrigerator from this company that leaked from day 1 and ended up destroying my hardwood floors before we discovered it. I called and they were rude to me, stating that the ice maker is not covered (although it doesn't say that on the purchase order) and if I wanted them to look at it I would somehow have to get it in the trunk of my car and bring it to them. What a joke. I can't return it, can't bring it in and can't get my floors fixed. This 500 purchase will end up costing me thousands. Never again!

I've been going there for years. They always have a great selection and great prices. They're also very helpful if you need help with a part or fixing an appliance. I also drop off my used appliances there, usually for free or with a donation to the food bank. If you've got broken appliance they'll be able to help you for sure.

My washer broke down, I called Welch's they came to get it same day. For free, they support local food banks all they asked for was a donation of food for the food bank in exchange for hauling away the old appliance. What a great place.
