- There's a lot about indoor air quality that you might not know and certainly can't see. Up to 72 trillion microscopic irritants, or allergens, find their way into your home every day. They include dust, pollen, pet hair and dander, dust mites, mildew, lint, fungus, most tobacco smoke, cooking grease and bacteria. Many of these particles are so small that your nose and throat can't filter them out, and they can get deep into your lungs. Breathe easier with American Standard's AccuClean air filtration system -- it removes 99.98% of particles and allergens from the air in your home. AccuClean is 100 times more effective than conventional 1" throw-away filters and ionic room appliances. Choosing an American Standard air conditioner or heat pump with an Energy Star logo is an important step to saving money on your utility bills--along with consuming less energy. What can you expect from a unit carrying the Energy Star logo? Air conditioners or heat pumps that have this symbol are at least 20 percent more efficient than the federal government's current efficiency standard. Purchasing an American Standard Heating & Air Conditioning unit with the Energy Star label ensures that you're getting the highest efficiency available. Be sure to ask your American Standard Heating & Air Conditioning dealer about local incentives that are offered by many utility companies and financial institutions for the purchase of Energy Star products.

They sold and installed a new furnace. The price was competitive and they were able to install it within two days during the very busy season. I would definitely do business with Pacific Air again, and highly recommend them.

Did a preventive maintenance and checkup of my heat pump system. Arrived on time, courteous and professional. I thought that the price was very fair. I will use them again when I need service for my heat pump system.

I was nervous about finding someone on the internet to come troubleshoot why my electric bill jumped 300%! I thought it might be a malfunctioning electric forced air system. Even if the technician from Pacific Air hadn't solved my problem I would have been impressed. He was professional and very down to earth. He was quick to see my problem and performed a thorough repair on the ducts that had become detached. As I see from other reviews, great communication, prompt service - all around very good experience. Thank you Ryan from Pacific Air.

Provided by DexKnowsReceived quality service but rep stated they could bill me over 3 drafts. They took first payment fine, no subsequent drafts after that. My receipt from company even says 3 drafts and has my valid credit card number on it. About a year later received a "final" notice, only one I received and a week later a collection agency (Grimm) contacted me. I left 3 messages for owner with no call back to dispute the account being turned over all the times offering to pay the total balance on the bill. Being active duty, I would think a place that services a place with a lot of veterans (lacey) and active duty would want to keep their reputation up. Do not use this company.

Provided by DexKnowsI purchased a house in Lacey, and inherited an American Standard Comfort 90 system installed by this company. When we had issues with carbon monoxide, we called them for an assessment. Instead of giving honest counsel, they proceeded to do a full "checkup" on the furnace and charged over $500. That was my fault for being trusting. After looking at the unit more closely on my own, I discovered they had never put a proper seal on the air purifier unit/filter assembly, allowing CO to leak into the house from cars in the garage. In addition, 8 months later I was deployed to Iraq, and had no recourse to assist my wife when temps soared over 100 F. After 3 years abroad (Iraq, Korea), I finally had time to look at the furnace and discovered the tech had left the wire to the outdoor unit disconnected. I have also had the flame sensor switch fail twice due to corrosion caused by water leaking from an improperly installed drain hose (mounted on the blower fan). I will certainly never consult this company again...

Provided by DexKnowsIn May of 2011, my furnace needed work. I called Pacific Air Heating and Air Conditioning and they had someone out to my house within 20 minutes. The guy who came out noticed that I was also waiting for Home Depot to show up to install a new faucet for me, and he offered to install the faucet for me, free of charge. He did this as my husband is currently serving in Afghanistan, and all he said was "Thank your husband for his service". I called on them again after i was scammed by a Air Duct/Vent company, they came right out and told me that my furnace was fine, that I did not need all of the new urgent work done that the other company said I needed, and then decided to waive the service call charge. This is an honest, trustworthy company.

Provided by DexKnowsI was charged 200.00 for coming to Tenino and told that was the standard fee after the fact, just to drive there. Then I was charged for a filter I had already paid for, then a filter was changed I could easily have checked and done myself myself, if told to. When I called and said the bill seemed unfair I was treated very rudely, and they refused to give me the owner's contact info.Loser company. They'll never get my business again. They expect to earn 600.00 hourly apparently.
