Quest Diagnostics

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. My visit began with a phone call to ask a simple question when I was rudely told, "You need to make an appointment or drop in. I have people here in my face and do not have time for you." This woman was so rude and unprofessional. Being an optimist, I scheduled an appointment. BIG MISTAKE! My appointment was at 9:15. I waited 50 minutes. Best of all, she mishandled the blood work and I had to have it redone. There is only one person working in Olney and she does it all... answers the phone, checks you in, and draws blood. Obviously, she is overworked and my guess is that Quest can't find anyone to work with her. Good news is I went to 9707 Medical Center, Rockville for the 2nd attempt and had a wonderful experience! Do yourself a favor and drive a little further to Rockville!
