This is my favorite bar on 4th Street. I have been with my parents, friends, coworkers, and boyfriend. It’s a place that is fun and engaging for everyone! They can play pretty much all genres of music. The last time I went they knew several new hip songs for example, Poker Face. Then they will play a classic such as, Brown Eyed Girl. During the show the piano players sing, act out songs, and play guitars and drums. The staff even gets on the bars and stage and dances to songs. We have always had good and friendly service each time we have visited Howl at the Moon! When I go with my girlfriends I love to get the Howlin’ buckets. It is this huge bucket that comes with a bunch of colorful straws for everyone to share. One of my friends has also had a Happy Hour Party which was a blast! All our first two drinks were really cheap and then we got half off until the end of our party! We all really enjoyed ourselves! I would recommend Howl at the Moon to everyone!
This place has only been open for 2 weeks and I love them! Been there 4 times already. The pizza is really different and sooooo good! Something about the crust, always crispy but not burnt! And the salads they serve you can make a meal out of! And they are delicious. This place is a must try! It is family freindly but also has a great bar area that is seperated from the dining area, so if you wanna go watch a game and have some brewskies, this is a great place to do it! Lots of t.v.'s tooo.
Always a great time, prices are reasonable, great song selection. The weekends are crowded and the wait is long, so I prefer weeknights or getting there early. I don't do beer, but they have a decent selection. The Blue Sake has always been their signature drink and it does the job, this is my personal favorite. The DJ works hard to keep the rotation moving, but can be overwhelmed during the busy weekends, another reason I prefer weeknights when possible. Can't wait to go back with my friends.
14 years doing nothing but karaoke in Louisville, they must be doing something right. I had a blast, it was HOT, Crowded, Loud, wait was long. It was Fun, Lots of girls, Lots of talent, great to sit back and just watch, reasonably priced beer, NO COVER. It will be a regular stop when I make my rounds on Bardstown Road. They don't open till 9:30 pm plan accordingly.
Hey - I just discovered this place by the tracks on Lyndon Ln. I ate lunch here today and the food was very good. They make their own potato chips! It has a bar and lots of new TV's. I'm told that they have the complete sports package, so that means I will be back tonight at 6pm to watch the football game (since I don't have ESPN-U.) Check it out - I give it 5 stars!
I went to the UofL and Ky game Saturday night and they had a bunch of big screen tv's for the game. I ordered the honey spicey wings which we all agreed were very good, then we ordered a large Big Sal and it was delish. I would certainly recommend Sal's to anyone I know.
I go to this place quite often. It is smaller than other places but lots of fun. Some good talent there. The bartenders, door guy and DJ have always been great. Sometimes the wait to sing is long as they get so busy. Love going to this place.
Was there for a birthday party, it was our last stop. We arrived around 1am on a Thursday night. It was great we each got to sing 3 songs and practically owned the place. The next time I hope we can get there a little earlier.
Always a good time here. They have tournamentsa couple times a week but, tables open up quickly as players are eliminated. My friends and I always have fun. The people are nice, food is good, drinks are reasonable!
Gilbert's is a great place to go to listen to good music and dance. Nice large dance floor, reasonably priced drinks and good food. Also clean restrooms.
