Bristol Pointe Apartment Homes

The few times I've had to call for maintenance it has been taken care of right away. Then I got an email after to make sure I was happy with the service. I was shocked. I don't think I've ever had that kind of follow up before, but then again I've had some not so great apartment experiences in the past. My apartment had new carpet at move in which was a nice surprise as I'm allergic to animals. The thing I wish my apartment had is a washer and dryer. I did look at some places that had them before moving here but I couldn't afford them and would rather save that money for a house. Also a couple of those places, the girls in the office were snots and made me not want to rent there. People here have been friendly. I do wish they had garages because I hate snow, but they do have carports. I love being a few minutes from work too. I plan to stay awhile.
