More than once I have had to wait in line for over 15 minutes to make a cash deposit when out of the four people that are behind the counter only one is helping customers. Also, calling customer service using the 1-800 number or the (913) number will result in being placed on hold for a very long time, the automated recording will state that hold times are in excess of 20 minutes, but over 40 minutes is normal. I have been on hold for over a hour on two different occasions. Other problems that I have include having deposits credited to other people's accounts, being given incorrect information by more one teller and customer service representative, and the ATM are limited to withdraws and balance inquires only. Also, if you close your account before 90 days is up, you'll be charged $20.00 to do so. Right now, I am and would tell any one, Look for a different bank. They can't get it together. Won't let me post without a star. Don't be fooled this is a no star bank.
