Our office was contact today by one of wonderful customers. He informed us that there are several reviews that he felt we should take a look at. Well, we would like to write in response to the reviews. Stealing from the elderly: Superior Exterior puts everything in writing. How would it be a contract if not in writing? How would we agree to a firm amount for the job? This is false information. Superior Exterior has NEVER asked an insurance company to put checks in our company name. The insurance providers do not do this. This is for the protection of the homeowner. Again that is false information. This person states that we ask for a 15% cancellation fee. We do ask for a 15% cancellation fee and this is written rite into the contract. Its not a secret. We are protecting our interest in the project. Normally if someone would like to cancel we have no problem with that. We simply ask that you submit your request in writing and all parties walk away. We are very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our company. Fraud: This person states that we do estimates that are far above anyone else. This again is false information. Superior Exterior works for insurance proceeds. What ever the insurance company states should be repaired or replaced is what we do. And we do the work for cost the insurance company states. We do not charge anymore or any less. This pricing is at industry standard. So we do not even give estimates. Again Superior Exterior is sorry that you are not satisfied or maybe you misunderstood how we work. If there is anything we can do for you please contact our office. Fraud Alert: You state that your contractor contacted our office? Why would another contractor call us and give away their work to us? Very interesting. Then you state that we went into your contractors office with a note stating you want us to do your work!?? I have never heard of such a thing. And why wouldn't you call our office to let upper management know that this had happened? You also state that you contacted the BBB and police. Superior Exterior has never received any such paperwork from the BBB. We would be asked to respond to your compliant. And upper management would have contacted you immediately. We have never heard from any correctional department either. Superior Exterior prides its self on excellent customer service. Please contact our office so that we may discuss this incident. Beware: You state that Superior Exterior charges extra for helping customers submit for a reinspect. This is false information. Superior Exterior provides the service of getting everything you are entitled to. We do not charge you anything for the service. We offer free roof inspections. If you are denied we go to work for you to get the roof bought. There are not fees tagged to this. If you do not get approved all parties walk away owning nothing to each other. We do prey on people who can not afford repairs! We work directly for insurance proceeds. If the insurance doesn't pay the homeowner we walk away. There are not any cancellation fees, or anything. We offer to work with you when the next storm season comes. Superior Exterior apologizes for the miss understanding. And if there is anything we can do for you please contact our office. Superior Exterior understands that there are going to be people who feel that they have had a bad experience. However we strive to do the best we can foe each and everyone of our clients. I know that there are people you will never please NO MATTER what we do. I can tell you this, we have 1000's of satisfied customers. I will encourage more customers to post positive reviews. If you make your payments on time and have nothing to say to them, everything is just fine. If you have a question, let's say over something like online payment schedules, the account management staff is just plain rude and condescending. I purchased my vehicle from this company in July of '09. I have NEVER missed a payment and in fact am usually 3 days early with my bi-weekly payment. For some time now, they have been without an online pay portal, sup[supposedly because they were looking for a new vendor for that service. They are now using the same one they were before (as I was already registered there), and are now charging a $5.00 fee for a one-time payment for a service that used to be no charge. So, I tried setting up scheduled payments online for ACH. I didn't see anything about a $5.00 charge and not wanting to pay that charge every time a payment is made, I called to confirm whther or not it would be assessed each time. The "account manager" I spoke to was extremely rude, obviously reading from a script, and when I continued to ask questions, she said "(Oh, Lord ...), Sir, can I put you on hold?" She didn't wait for me to consent, and I sat on hold for a little over 4 minutes before she hung up. I've worked in technical support and customer service for 4 years now and had I ever treated a customer in such a fashion, I'd have been fired; no questions asked, leave your badge and headset w/ security on your way out the door!
Our parents are elderly and we needed to have a safer shower stall that did not have a threshold, so that we could roll our mother's wheelchair into, for her bathing, so we wanted to have the old shower stall torn out, and a handicap roll-in shower stall installed, in its place. Our choice to use David Richardson as our bathroom remodeling company in Oklahoma, City, Oklahoma was a great choice, amongst the other bathroom remodeling companies that we had to choose from, in the area. It is quite obvious that the 30+ years experience that David has, in his line of expertise, really did pay off, for our family. He is the owner of the Bathroom Remodeling Creations, and was present every day, until our job was fully completed. David's overall job performance was Excellent!!! He had a very kind attitude and worked very hard, completing the job on schedule, in just a few days. He was willing to help us with whatever was needed, in order to make this project complete, with the very best quality. He worked with us, too make sure that we had everything we needed. My dad is very military minded and detail oriented. He said that, "David is indeed, a true professional and an artist". That's not something we hear from him very often in our family, lol.
